despite the no return after 1 month policy, they replied quickly and offered to send a new ring in exchange for the old one. I would erase my complaint, but I don\'t think this site will let me.

Bought $700 ring and months later it is fracturing all over and chips falling off.I took it to a jeweler for repairs and he pointed out fracture lines all over the ring and said it's a bad casting and there's nothing they can do for bad gold.

I came back here only to realize there are no returns after 30 days!

I'm sure the reason being that 30 days is not long enough for even the junkiest rings to fall apart.My suggestion is to beware of masonic exchange; they are way overcharging for cheaply made junk.

Monetary Loss: $704.
